Who are the Black Rock Desert Quilters?

BRDQ is a family friendly and inclusive Black Rock City theme camp created by a husband and wife quilting team, Michael and Mary. It was created with the mission to promote, educate and preserve the art of quilting.

We are focused around the 10 principles of the Burning Man Project.

In Addition to our educational camp, we are planning an Art Installation at Black Rock City in 2027.

The project is called “Desert Stream”.
